Paul Wierbicki

Paul is Chief Legal Officer and a member of the board of directors of Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI), a leading online gaming and sports betting company in North and Latin America, and also serves as General Counsel of LAMB Capital Advisors, a large family office. Mr. Wierbicki previously was Senior Counsel, Business and Legal, at AbbVie and a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, specializing in restructuring and debt finance. Paul also previously served on the boards of directors of Green Rivers Spirits Company (f/k/a Terressentia Corporation), Sutton Place Association and The Civic Federation. Mr. Wierbicki earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
