Brian Wolfe is a lawyer, investor and teacher. Brian founded Funded Ventures in 2017 and practiced private equity transactional law for 17 years at a leading law firm. Brian previously co-led a SAAS roll-up with sale to Alpine Investors. Brian also teaches courses on acquiring small businesses and private equity at the University of Chicago Booth, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, the University of Notre Dame, Washington University in St. Louis and the University of North Carolina, and is an active speaker and writer.

Brian serves on the board and audit committee of Chicago Public Media, the boards of the Illinois Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Breakthrough T1D (f/k/a JDRF) Illinois, the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic and the Skandalaris Center at Washington University in St. Louis, and was appointed by Gov. Pritzker to serve on the Illinois Courts Commission, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and YPO.
